I am often asked about my meditation practice. It is one of the most important tools I utilize in my daily life in an effort to be more mindful and inner connected. Recently I read David Lynch's book, which I loved and wanted to highly recommend! Although we practice different types of meditation; he practices TM (Transcendental Meditation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transcendental_Meditation) and I follow a non-specific mantra based meditation practice, I believe we share the same results.
