Healing Body Hatred
I believe the bottom line for us as women is that if we cringe at the idea of looking at ourselves in the mirror—with or without clothes—how can we possibly present ourselves proudly to the world? I passionately believe that each woman must find a way to change her negative relationship with her body. If she does, she will forever change her life.
Feel Good Naked is the 10 step program for this personal revolution. My 10 steps will enable a woman to a) understand what is causing her debilitating body hatred; and b) cure it by escaping damaging mind games, crash diets and unrealistic exercise regimens. These principles have been used successfully by myself and hundreds of women, from Hollywood to Manhattan, Boise to Topeka. We have learned to love and appreciate our bodies, which in turn has helped us become stronger, shapelier, and more fit, which in turn has helped us gain confidence and self-esteem. We’ve become happy with our bodies and, therefore, happier in our lives. This is the fabled "mind-body connection," a term that is used more often than it is understood.
We all know a woman who turns heads whenever she enters a room, even though her legs are not perfect, her body not classically proportioned. And we all wonder, "What does she have that I don’t?"
