barefoot or not

Why am I now wearing shoes when I teach?
Because my dear feet have endured over 25 years of high impact abuse + a brutal fall (8 years ago) and now they want additional support when I move. If you've never experienced foot problems, Stretch Appeal is designed for bare feet. However, if like me you've had past issues with your feet, I recommend a comfortable dance shoe. The only shoes allowed on BodyVox's dance floors are official dance shoes that don't leave marks on the floor surface. The shoes that I am wearing and love are:
